New Rome Engineering was created in Los Angeles in 1997 as an entity that performed due diligence structural work (“Property Condition Assessments”) as part of the acquisition / refinancing portion of property transactions. The company expanded in 2003 when forensic engineering was added as additional services, which contains similar aspects as Property Condition Assessment work. A heavy focus of providing repair drawings for the restoration industry was then incorporated beginning in 2006 and becoming a strong focus in 2010.
